iFilm English to air final curtain for ‘Passenger from India’

iFilm English TV Channel has set to air the final episode for the series ‘Passenger from India’ on Thursday night.

The final episode of the series, produced by Sediqeh Sehhat and directed by Qasem Jafari, will be aired on May 12, 2022, at 20 GMT.

‘Passenger from India’ has been telling the story of Ramin who traveled from Iran to India in order to pursuit his academic studies. While there, he met and fell in love with an Indian girl named Sita.

Even though her family was opposing to the relationship, they got engaged and he whisked her away to Tehran. Thinking they have dodged past troubles, the youths in love soon realized that their problems have just begun.

Notable among the cast are Behnoush Tabatabaee, Elham Hamidi, Shila Khodadad, Shirin Bina, Nasrin Moqanlou, Majid Moshiri, Aliram Nouraee, Iraj Nozari, Zohreh Fakour-Sabour, Felor Nazari, Farahnaz Manafi-Zaher, Hamid Goudarzi, and Soroush Goudarzi.

‘Passenger from India’, produced in 2002, will be replaced by the series ‘Cry Out in Silence’ made by Mehdi Fakhimzadeh.
